My Journey

I am a lifelong entrepreneur, educator, and wellness advocate whose passion has always been helping others live fuller, healthier, and more meaningful lives.

Throughout my career, I have embraced a wide variety of opportunities, serving as a professional seamstress, author, curriculum writer, public speaker, director of English immersion camps based in Milan, Italy, music teacher, published composer, and church musician. Alongside my husband, Tim, I dedicated many years to homeschooling and raising our six children and now enjoy the blessings of 22 grandchildren. My journey into wellness was inspired by years spent among health-conscious homeschooling families, my experiences in Italy, caring for my aging parents, and supporting my daughter through two battles with cancer.

I am so happy that I was introduced to this technology. My stamina has slowly but continually increased since I started wearing this technology over a year ago. My hair is better. My skin is better. My nails are stronger. My cognition is better and I know this because right away I started reading fiction which I have never done in my entire life.

I finished two books last summer. And I keep reading. My eyesight has also improved. My nutritionist was supporting me with supplements for macular degeneration as I do have that in my family history. Last fall, she tested me and said, "Hey I’ve never taken anybody off of these supplements, but you don’t need them anymore." That’s exciting!
